Squeaky clutch

Post by I-10pinz »

So basically the clutch pedal/unit in the cab squeaks when the clutch pedal is depressed and I wasn't able to fix it by spraying WD-40 on the pivot so I'm at a loss and it seems to act up as it gets warmer if that helps, any ideas?

squeaky

I have had this on several Pinzgauers. The squeaky part on most of them was on the slave itself if I remember right. The ball in the socket thing... Pretty technical i know...

Hmm... ok I think I know what your talking about so is it just a greasing issue or a replacement part job?

Simply remove the clutch slave, grease the ends of the rod between the clutch slave and the clutch fork, and that should fix the problem.... `If that's what it is!

Ok went out and listend alittle more carefully and yeh it's coming from the slave so hopefully its nothing more than that and is a good excuse to check to fluids too, thanks for the info.
