The fellow who left a note in our mailbox about my 712 said that he has a buddy who has pulled the trigger on this truck. Does anyone out there know anything about it?

A lot of the sales description is right off the Cold War Remarketing site. Maybe Patrick sold it?

Very nice truck, but $40K?

I happen to be more familliar to the truck than I would like to admitt.
The customer was a Hollywood type that thought, Keep adding stuff till its cool. I stopped with the front bumper and overhead console in the cab. I did fabricate the tank guard under durress. (His design) The roof rack is made from Scaffolding parts.( not my work) All the red malteese crosses and red and black trim on silver paint was his idea as well. Never put flames on a Pinz. Bad ju ju. even if its on the windows in mirror tint. Even the cab divider was his plan. Some people's kids.

I hope it eventualy makes it to my shop so I can fix it back to normal for free. (or at cost)

If this truck is headed this way, I'm sure I'll be meeting the new owner before too long so I'll reserve judgement until then. Obviously these customized details are up for discussion so we'll see how it looks when it gets here!

His bed is sideways, with a speaker box at his feet no less. How many can sleep sideways in the back of a pinz?

David, it sounds like a old western showdown (or should that be white down?). I am fairly certain he won't meet us at creek side.
