Eberspacher heater anyone? Bueler?... Bueler?

Post by Tyler »

Anyone have a Eberspacher BN4 wiring/install manual?. Apparently, the Eberspacher manual is made of gold. I need to know what kind of fuel pump to purchase, etc. I just aquired a BN4 from a 712, but many of the hook up wires were cut. All the relays, switches etc are good. I looked online, but all the information ive got is fairly vague in terms of parts, wire color, fuel line, etc. I also need to know what the best way to tie into the fuel lsystem is, vs directly in the tank. Any help would be fantastic...otherwise, ill likely take the whole thing to a vw mechanic and get info, or just get it installed by them. Who knows. Thanks all

Here's a link to some wiring, etc. diagrams:

Also, more info here:

I have a manual as a pdf file but it is locked and will only let me look at it, no saving or printing. I'll keep trying.
