Possibly so, as there were a number of TD's (6 units) and 710's (90 units) made in 85.
The interesting thing is the filler neck design is different, so they"d have to make a "special" tank or modify it to fit the standard 710 neck (which yours appears to have)........then again they'd need to change the mounting ribs anyway, so I guess yours may be a bit 716-ish
Does your 710 have any other "unique"/TD features?

i dont know what else could be 716 feature, but i think mine is an austrian market truck,that front snorkel is OEM too, a dont see it on most 710..

The "snorkel" that you have is not really a snorkel. They call it
a "cyclone" and it was standard issue on "tropical" models. So,
yours was designed to be sent to somewhere hot and humid.
