junk yard

Post by Brickren »

I don't want to sound crass or impersonal nor do I want to commit sacrilege. Is there a Pinz junk (Salvage) yard? What happens to the ones that are no longer serviceable? I need some parts. Thanks. Brian

Both Expedition Imports and Swiss Army Vehicles have some used parts. You might also try Dennis Williams at Linden Engineering.
I have some used items too. PM me with your needs.

While not what I would call a junk yard we have been know to have a few used parts around. With a relatively low total production number and widely scattered population a concentration of scrapped Pinzgauer's is going to be hard to find.

Talk about rode hard and put away wet! Is anything salvageable between those two? Maybe the wheels?

Hub steps and the through-bolts in the diffs are likely okay too.

I've always wondered where Halflingers came from. If you look closely, you can see the little one's thingy!
