Check the voltage at the + side of the coil when it is cranking, expect around 17 volts. Any less and the 4500 rpm module is probably the issue.

The module on my 710M was going (in hindsight) and I had similar symptoms - idle OK, sputtering off idle and the power band. Turns out a weak spark can get through the small amount of fuel charge at idle but as soon as you increase the fuel and air charge the spark can no longer get through. When I finally put a meter on the coil (at idle) I was only getting 7 volts, barely enough to run. Once I bypassed the 4500 module (thanks to Jim L.) WOW, what a change.

The voltage is easy to check to confirm/deny this issue.

Check your fuel solenoids, you may have knocked the connections off accidentally. Turn the key on, and pull one off. If you don't hear a click you may not have voltage to a solenoid, which wil shut off the gas. Check your breakers, too, as one of them may be the reason.

Did you find the problem? What was it?
