To even find a cam is a major quest. It took 3 weeks to locate one and it is a high quality regrind, but the right one.
Just waiting for a few more parts to arrive and then the fun begins.

Engine work is complete and running very nice. I will get to data logging to see how well the initial chip is working. Hope to load the last install pics soon and will go back to EFI thread.

Engine is broken in and running well. I am currently waiting for the new chip for the EFI to finalize engine adjustments and then get it back to Greg :D

Yesterday, while touring the LaGuardia Proving Grounds, I had the opportunity to take the "Beast" for a spin. After the various modifications that have been done, it sounds and drives much healthier. Clearly the engine work has given the Beast a new lease on life. The chip being used currently is not the final chip. With all the mapping that Jim has done, the data is being used to tweak the performance and the shop doing this is very motivated to "get it right" such that they are willing to keep making chips until everything is functioning optimally. When it is all dialed in, other people who may wish to do fuel injection on the B30A will have a much faster turn around time since most of the work will have already been done with my vehicle.

Cheers,
Greg
