Not sure you have the issue you think. 85 kph is not 44mph. It's 52 mph and 3000 rpm is just right with a 32" tall tire. Hope that helps.

You've misread. My speedo reads 85kph while I'm doing 44mph... I'd have no complaint if it was 52mph as it should be.
So how many RPMS should I be at for ~60mph ?
