Just got home. Drove over 800 miles today. Did about 425 miles in the Pinz and it ran great. Steady 55mph all the way home and I'm glad to say it was an uneventful trip (also glad I brought ear plugs!). Man I love this truck, such a blast to drive. PinzPete we'll have to meetup at some point. Thanks everyone for the advice so far...really appreciate it.

Excellent news glad it went off without a hiccup..got some pics to post??? you are going to find that this forum is an excellent resource for support for your vehicle and its customization. We will definately have to get togeather since we are so close. I know of another guy in rockland, and my friend Paresh who is in Long Island, both of whom are forum members..new york is slowly getting the makings of a pinz treffen togeather!!! good luck with your new Pinz.

I will have to take some picutes. There is also a pinz owner in Yorktown, I have seen the truck in front of the house. Maybe I should drive by and say hi.

Make sure that you are driving your Pinz when you stop by...invariably I am sure not only will the owner greet you but probably invite you into the house to swap stories and lessons learned. It seems that as Pinz owners we seek each other out and enjoy seeing each others trucks

sorry i missed this post

sounds like there might be enough going on there to warrant an East coast Fab tour. Once you guys get it together, I'll give you a package deal on accessories if we can get them all in the same location.

Keep those heater hoses in tact this winter. They will make a world of difference.
