Also about the meaning of the ''CH'' on the oval plate, I used to have a Swiss friend who lived in Geneva, and when I asked him and his wife the meaning of it, they both told me 'Chocolat!'

Are you fully insured or is it classic/collectors usage (I think that is Hagerty's specialty?)
Any restrictions on usage and storage?
Thx

I was turned down by Silver Wheel, by RBC insurances, by my own RSA who already covers my house and my car and my wife's car.
But in Quebec, the province insurance system covers peoples, not the material damage, for which, by law, we have to subscribe. You can not drive without proper civil insurance coverage.
BUT!, since it is a law, at one point if I am turned down by many insurers, there is a mechanism that can force an insurer to cover the truck, at a ''reasonable'' cost. What is reasonable I don't know!
For my Quebec fellows if there is any, check here:
http://www.gaa.qc.ca/en/compulsory-optional-insurance
I did not know about this until last week.
It seems that there is a 'pool' of insurers and they spread the risk among the members in the pool.
This is very complicated for what is finally an old 4X4 pick up truck, in very good shape at it!

Ask Carl - he must know who would insure you in Quebec

Yes classic, I think restrictions are annual mileage (10 000km's I think?) and must be garaged.
