In the IOM anything over 25 years old is tax excempt.. the date rolls forward each year! Happy days...

If I may ask, where did you go for a test drive on the 710/712 ?
Have had many happy holidays to Port St Mary in the I.O.M. Manx Electric Railway, Snafell Mountain Railway, Steam Railway ..... and the Castletown Ales aren't too bad either !!
Seem to remember the I.O.M. Steam Packet Co. screw you fine style if you want to take a vehicle over on the ferry though !

Yes - the Steampacket is a bit of a rip-off, but you can generally get a "high car plus 2" return for around £200...
Was driving the Pinzs at the McKenzie's place near Brum. Gregor's a sound guy and was extremely helpful.
