Move a Land Rover from Va./D.C. to Los Angeles.

A friend needs an older LR Discovery moved from Va. to Vegas or LA. Ideally in April. His budget is extremely tight and this is for a 4x4 trip so he's hoping to find a truck or trailer that happens to have room on it for a smaller than usual fee.
