Looking for help - get Hafs running for parts - San Antonio

First - - many thanks to Vince for a great web site. Excellent.

I don't know if there would be an interest here, but I have a boat load of Haflinger parts, most new but not stored very well over the years. I also have two Hafs I would like to be road-able again. Both are "close to running" (whatever that means) but have been sitting for many years.

So ... with some selected spare parts as an exchange/payment, any interest from someone in my area? Too many projects, not enough time!

And here are my two Haflingers I would like someone with mechanical skills to resurrect - - that's my story and I am sticking to it!

Calling Andre... not sure you have enough spare parts (in useable condition :( ) to actually restore one/two however!

Hi Nelson,

I am not in the market for Hafi parts, but that is a really nice gray one you have!

What is the story on the RV/Trailer in the background inside the shop? Very unique. Would love to see more pics of it, year , model , manufacturer, story behind it etc. Really cool piece.

Jon,

That's a 1957 WESTFALIA that our family picked up used in Germany in 1959. That year model you had a choice in size of one, two, three or four roof vents. We got the 3 vent size. Tows beautifully as it is very light weight. Interior is in excellent condition (called "art deco" now-a-days) with aircraft quality woodwork. Hasn't seen the sun in 20 years. A family treasure that has been on a lot of camping trips. Thanks for asking.
