Could this be an original OEM Swiss Army fuel filter

Our prior owner left us this fuel filter in his 2009 CarQuest filter box from when he last changed the filter.

Just curious, does anyone think this would be the original fuel filter that came with our 1971 710M Swiss Army Pinz when it was shipped to the USA? It still blows through freely!

More likely a replacement the PO or someone used from an early W114 Mercedes car
