Used custom tan top for sale

I'm selling the tan top that was on my 1972 710M when I purchased it. The previous owner claimed it was custom built, I don't know who made it.
The top is in good condition with no holes or tears and includes all three pieces (cab, cab back, and rear).
The vinyl windows are scratched from use. It appears the previous owner typically kept it rolled up all the way around as he lived in San Diego. You will need to replace the bungie all the way around as its pretty stretched out and one section is disconnected.
I'm asking $700 shipped to continental US (OBO), any other location we will need to review the actual cost and make arrangements on shipping fees.
