using a two post lift

First a couple of apologies. Not sure i am posting in the correct section and, even though I have searched, I have not really found a definitive answer yet. So please forgive and help.

I am planning on spraying waxoyl underneath and it sure would be easier if I could get the pinz on a lift. Steam cleaning the bottom was hard enough. I have access to a two post lift but there dose not seem to be good lifting points. I have seen the reference to the Gut Automobile use of a two post lift and their web site shows at least two on such a lift. How is it done? Do they use some type of apparatus to spread the weight. The photos do not allow a close inspection.

Any help is appreciated.

I have put front lift arms at wheel well just where body lip starts to curve. And the rear as far back as lift arms will reach.
The lift arms should lock once you start to lift up. Place on body lip. After you lift about 6 inches, shake truck vigorously to make sure arms wont slip.

I have lifted my 710 and 718 the same way many times. Works great

Thanks everyone. I just thought the side too weak to use as a lifting point. However the waxoyl is done after a long time on my back. Well worth it!
