Tires - Kanati Mongrel 25x8r-12 vs 27x9r-12?

The 25" version is fairly popular, but I've got space to run the 27" too. Rim width should work with it, barely. Considering what I've been running for an offroad tire for several years now, the 27" should still work, but will be a bit more rounded.
If anyone is using the 27", have you had any issues with clearance at full lock or full compression?
