torque setting for lugs on standard rims

could someone help me with the torque setting for the lugs on standard rims. I am putting new shoes on my pinz today. BFG 285 75 16 All Terrains. Sure could use this info.

200Nm
1 Nm is about .74 Ft/Lb
I torque mine to 150 Ft/lbs

Those tires will look nice on your rig.
