door hinge pins

To remove the door do I tap out the door pins or screw them out? I would like to install removable pins to take off the doors for the desert.
Any suggestions?

Squirt some penetrating oil on,wait a bit and use a punch and hammer 'em out. mark

Do like Mark said, they pop right out. I use 5/16" PTO pins on mine. They work great and have an attached retaining clip.
