Recentered H-1 wheel option?

Anyone have experience or opinions about recentered H-1 steel wheels on a Pinze? These are two-piece, 8 or 12 bolt rims with double beadlock inserts.
Specs:
16.5 wheel
9.78 OD
8.25 ID
9 7/8 wide

The remanufacturer claims to make these up in any bolt pattern, any backspacing, and almost any width.

Opinions, advantages/disadvantages?

I talked to them last year about this idea.
I think it was Paul that I spoke with out there. He wanted me to send out one of my wheels to sacrifice for the bolt pattern and backspacing, and the cost was a bit steep IMHO.

I scrapped the idea of double beadlocks after talking to people who routinely run their tires as low as 12-15 psi without loosing the bead. Double beadlocks are also much heavier than standarrd rims and will eat up a few of your 90 horses to make them go round.

A firend of mine just had wider standard rims made up here in Jacksonville and he loves them. There are numerous wheel manufacturers around the country who can make up some wheels for you including double beadlock rims.

I've been told that wider rims put undue stress/wear on the bearings in the wheel drive. I haven't confirmed this with anyone however.
