Solicitation for advice-Replacing the seals-Hi/Low gear box

Yes shamless I know....Well I am getting ready to replace all the seals in the Hi/Low gear box, any advice or warnings of things to look out for or situations to avoid?
I have the manuals and don't see any foreseeable problems, you know how that goes.
Also anything to look at for signs of excessive wear?
