Fan belt pulley

Can anyone tell me if this is a fan belt pulley for a Pinz diesel, or a versionII for a gasser. It mounts onto a full spline instead of a key lock as on my Pinz. It also has a 4 bolt mounting pattern for mounting something, possible second ring?
