My longest Pinz trip

Good day to all of you.

I am leaving tomorrow for the longest Pinz trip I have ever done. It will take me from Quebec to all the way to the Western States and back. I figure something between 12000 to 14000 Km all together. 8)

Here is my planned route.

I will try to cross to the west as quick as possible then start my visiting or touring in Bad Land SD. From there it will be stopping where ever I feel like. I will look at doing some trail riding along the way. I will for sure see if my Pinz is as good as I think it is.

I hope I will be able to see some of you on the way. :D

I will try to post pictures of the trip as much as possible so you can get a taste of that adventure.

Denis,
I wish you luck and good times! Take your time and enjoy the scenary--of course it is kind of hard to speed in a pinz!

Looking forward to the pictures.

Wow that is a trip to test the pinz! Keep info posted, the dates that you are close to Vegas is the most important. I live just south and it's hard to tell if you are coming all the way to havasu or not (Lake Havasu City, Arizona).

There is a very interesting bar that you could take the pinz to. Called the desert bar. http://www.thedesertbar.com/

It is about 2 hour drive from my house there, 45 on the road and the rest on a very challenging dirt path (parts of it anyway). Nice part is a very easy drive back, and shorter - unless you take the best way back too!

If the timing is right, I have an extra room for the night if needed. 8)

Safe travels. :!:
Chris

IF you are planning on coming all the way to Havasu, PM me for my cell number.

I hope that #21 is a stop in Lincoln, NE on a college football Saturday!

The downtown will be one really crazy place.

Springhill, Thanks for the good wishes.

Kirby, I will let you know when I’m in the area.

Loyalp, don’t really know when I will get there, too far away…..

Denis, too bad you aren't able to drop further south. I hope you find time to meet with the fine folks at 1237 Rogers Street, in Golden, Colorado, when you go through the greater Denver area. Bon voyage

Wow Denis, If I had known about your trip a couple weeks ago, I could have pushed on negotiations on a trailer near Kingston, On. and paid you to drag it down here..
From the looks of the map, it's seems you're heading to (or near) the Grand Canyon. Bummer, I have friends near there....it could have made my life easier, and your fuel bill a lot less painfull

Only problem would have been is that the trailer would have be trailered.

Have a grear, safe trip.

Marker 20 looks like hwy 285. C470, I70, Colo76. If so and you have time, maybe can i/we get a trip together, or show you the way to Golden Colo (couple of miles) for a Coors beer. PM if you are interested.

Hehehe. I hope you have something to entertain you for that stretch from #20 to #21. I had a buddy that resorted to sitting out of his sunroof and driving with his feet with the cruise control on during that bit of fantastic I-80.

#20 to #22 The way back to my wife's home town. 15.5 hours in a car at speed. We rented the DiVinci code book on cd on time. Otta be fun in a Pinz.
