Who is the guy in AZ selling the cooler bracket and light bracket on ebay? Does he make other items for the pinzgauer? Could he water jet cut and bend me the piece above the front window on the k? Is he a quality fabricator?

His name is Del Holder (del@rc-solutions.com)

I bought a couple of aluminum front door panels and an aluminum cup holder from him and they were all well made. He makes stuff for Rhinos and other ATVs and every so often he lists stuff on eBay that he's whipping up for Pinzgauers too.

Guilty as charged. I have been thinking about getting out of the Pinz part business but I have received more questions and requests over the past week that I might continue and expand. I run a laser, machining, fab and engineering shop. I do the Pinz stuff to afford my Pinz habit. I really enjoy designing and making the Pinz parts. I have some Hi-Lift jack mounts that I am still putting together and several other ideas. I appreciate the good feedback from everyone in our little group. Let me know of some ideas people would like to see and I will try to find time to work on them. This is my spare time and its short right now so please be patient.

D Holder, Hi I like your rear and side plates but wish they were not precut for the light.

I need to do a run of just flat plates. This would mean that if you use a surface mount tail light the lights would stick out the depth of the light. I designed mine to be flush with the rear of the truck.

d - i'm in the precess of designing an aluminum hardtop for my 710m and one of the 1st things i'll need is a taller winshield frame. i'm thinking i can just somehow extend the current one. any ideas are welcome.

D Holder I like the look of the TD tail light so flat plate works nice for me. I do how ever like the circles on the side plate. Lights only stick out the frame about 3/8" but are still protected by the bumper

Ka - I use Solidworks and Autocad. I lean more to Autocad because I know it better. I will work on getting more pictures available to for you to see.

Erik - I like the side holes also. Any time I can use the dimple tools. Huge fan of the dimple tool.

Del,

Welcome back! (I thought you had joined the federal witness protection program.) If you still make those aluminum rear door skins, please PM me and I'll place an order for one.
