What are the proper bolt sizes for the upper doors?

My truck did not come with the handles or the bolts. I tried using the metric bolts from my local home depot but it appears the threads are mismatched. Anyone know what size they are? What size are the larger bolts that hold the upper door to the lower?
Anyone have a spare set of handles they would like to get rid of?
