THE PORTAL HUB - Pinzgauers, Haflingers, Volvo 303s and more!

Just a couple pics from what is probably my last camping/4x4 trip in my 303. This was early morning at about 4000ft where we woke up above the clouds. The mountain-top trail that accesses this spot is about 9 miles long and has become very tough in spots over the last few years, even for a 303.

Leaving this spot will dent the top-side of any tall trucks so I took the only line I could to get away from that damn tree.

Maybe that’s not really a tree, possibly just vertically stored campfire wood waiting for the next trip. Than again I guess it may keep out some of the riffraff. Nice pic.
