Get out your wish lists, Andre' (Fat Fabrication) is finally on his way to his new home in Leesburg Texas. So if you need a bumper, rack, tire and can carrier or any other item built for your Pinzgauer, you are in luck.
I wish I could have gotten a picture as he and his mom left .
Him in the leading overladen orange work truck with a 60's canned ham trailer in tow, her in another newer work truck with VW squareback in tow, it was a true Norman Rockwell scene

Carlos, Andy, Timothy, Drew, Adam and I will be awaiting his arrival with a plate of cookies and a wish list of welding and fabrication needs!
Guys, we don't want him moving
back to Cali so let's find some stuff for him to work on.

Hey Andre:
I love the work you did on my truck, and have recieved many compliments. The more carefully I go over the cage and other builds, the more impressed I am with your craftsmanship.
(does this put me in for a future comission?)
Best wishes for your success in Texas!

I have decided its time to get back on the road for a bit befor the wish lists come out. ( time to save your toy money).
I have plans to hold an east texas treffen here at the ranch to include good food, camping, and late nite rabbel-rousing. ( some off roading would be nice too)
Set asside time arround easter break for the treffen. I will give more details for those interested. Anyone with ideas or imput for the meet and greet event, feel free to put in.

Well it is certainly good news and a big Texas HOWDY and welcome to you.
The new clutch in my 712 should be done this week and if nothing tears up before spring break on either of the Pinzes maybe I can have enough schekels laid aside to make the trip. I need to start feeding again.
It is going to depend on exactly when it is since there is a "family" campout planned for soemtime in April and I don't think I can weasel out of it.
I do believe the trip to Leesberg would be further than Dave going to Big Bend from Houston.
