Hi All, I am new to the forum and am having a blast reading about the pinz, seeing pics and sharing info with other owners. This forum is a wonderful place to share information and in that spirit I have something to share that I am sure you will thank me for down the road...or should I say OFF-ROAD...it will help get you out of a jam in a matter of moments that otherwise might take hours to do...best regards to all the nice guys I have met..and the guys I have yet to say hi to

Sorry Pete, been there done that. But it's still a helpful technique sometimes. Good of you to share.
The last time I bought tires for my truck, I stupidly stored them flat, and stacked on top of each other. Do you know how flat the lowest of 7 tires can get? It gets too flat to seat onto stock Pinz rims. I had to blow 3 of them up to get them to seat. Kids, store your new tires on edge!!
D'oh!

For those that need a winch, 2 small logs and a large rope or tow strap will do.
