Hello to all,
For those who are not already aware or those who need a gentle wake up prodding, the Haflingertreffen scheduled for June 11th-13th, 2010 is just two months away. Location is the Chappie-Shasta OHV area just northwest of Redding, CA. Emilie and I did some scouting of the area last weekend and have posted updated information at the following site:
http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Haf ... rdamerika/
It should be a relaxed and fun event.
Take care.

Jim,
Are you referring to members of this specific group or this combined with those on the main Yahoo Groups Haflinger site and the Yahoo Groups Haflingertreffen Nordamerika site?
See you soon.
Take care.

Jim,
It will be good to see you again. Our plan is to head out from the main Chappie-Shasta OHV staging area at 9:00am on Friday. For those who arrive later that that, I will be leaving a small sign in the window of our Dodge red/silver P/U with a piece of our trail marking tape, proposed route, FRS frequency and my cell # as well. This looks like it will be a fun event.
Safe travels.
Take care.

Greetings.
Have a great time. I wish I could have come. Next year, I would like to attend, but could you do it a little later (during the school summer vacation) so I can bring the whole family?
Also, for anyone interested, I am thinking of selling my North American 1971 Haflinger. Jim LaGuardia is completely familiar with it and can give details. I would rather sell it to an enthusiast who will fully appreciate it than to someone else.
Cheers,
Greg

Have a good trip….
Lost my bird sitter at the last moment.
Shezzz… one bad experience, and no one wants to watch him..I told the last sitter my Pterodactyl was hand fed….I can’t understand why he got upset when he put his hand in the cage, and the bird took it
And for those picking up windshields for their Haffies, Jim has them for you... wish I was going.
