Hello, first time poster, long time lurker. I have finally made the decision to get me a pinz. One of the one's I have been thinking about has a problem with the rear end, here is how the owner described it to me. The right rear half axle isn't engaging the differential so without the rear differential locked all the power goes to the right axle but there's no power to the wheel. With the rear diff locked the left side gets power just fine.
I was thinking rear axle, any thoughts from the experts.

Sounds like a series III Land rover I had in the late 70’s, drove just fine with the front drive engaged. That was when I learned the disadvantages of the driveline parking brake on the rovers. I had snapped the axel on a fairly steep hill and had traffic behind me, had to get my passenger to engage the manual front hubs to be able to put it into 4 wheel drive. Was a learning experience, snap rear axle and no parking break in 2 wheel drive. Just one more advantage of the Pinz over the Rover.
