Hi folks

I've just purchased a Volvo c303 (at least i think it is), the guy selling it had it advertised as a C304. Anyway, i was trolling the internet and came across your forum, so thought i would join.

I haven't taken possession of the truck yet, but i was wanting to know what to look out for in relation to mechanicals & body. It's a cab chassis, with 4ltr diesel motor and toyota 5 speed gearbox. I realise this is not what it originally came out with.

Welcome to C303 ownership. Since yours sounds like it has some significant modifications, it would be hard to give you much specific information until you can better describe what is stock and what is not. At this point, I would suggest you review prior posts on this forum and on the Yahoo C303 group. There is a wealth of information at both sites.
