When I moved from Carson City, Nevada to Halifax, Nova Scotia (Canada) I went into Nevada National Bank towithdraw my checking account. When I explained the move to the teller, and why I needed to take out my money, she told me that Nevada National had a branch in Nova Scotia. I told her that was most unlikely, but she insisted and went to ask her supervisor.
A few minutes later she returned and told me: "I''m sorry sir, we have no braches in Mexico."
As graduate of American public schools, she would have benefited from some education in Geneva Switzerland! Instead, it seems she (or another similar bright light) got elected county supervisor in Milwaukee...

Here, only the brightest go on to become county supervisors.
The rest go on to work for WisDOT.
