Is portal gasket change doable for novice?

Got a bad leak on the inside of the rim (passenger front), assuming it's the portal gasket. If so, is this an easy fix? Any imput apreciated. Thank you.

Try carefully tightening the bolts on the plate around the knuckle. just snug em up. May help

More than likely it's the hub seal. If you haven't done it. It isn't all that easy read the manual if it looks easy it will be.
