So, need a little more glass on your 710K. Keep in mind their are structural implications here.......

The rear windows in a 710K are nice touch. Are you thinking of making the sunroof an operable window or just covered with the cloth when not in use? Either way it has to really brighten up the interior.
I have been toying with the idea of an "opera" window beside the rear seats in a K. Trouble is when sitting in the rear of a K the line of sight is near where the outside gutters are. All the other windows it seems the rear passengers need to crouch down to see out, which is of course uncomfortable.

With the addition of an internal roll bar/support it is a viable option. As it is it currently, all of the support structure of the roll bar has been removed.

Hi Miles,

Thanks for the kind words but the real slicing, dicing and movie magic was made down at Marvel Studios. You will not find EI listed in the movie credits, however you will find the guy that made the magic..."Movie Car Coordinator: John Armstrong"

Fiberglass molds for front noses, gutting the drivetrain of a truck and installing hydraulic motors to give real world effects on the green screen, etc. I was at awe in the things that they could do.

I think they were also pretty impressed with the Pinz as in on of my photo's posted they have 2 of the trucks coupled together with a filming platform in between....a literal pinzgauer train!

Cheers,

Scott

I am not sure if you guys saw this but I am doing my Spitzgauer build next door. I would love some company in my build thread. I need some inspiration. Here is the link. It is not a 23 but even I kinda like the 11 windows better and I think if I used a 23 I would have a price on my head.

Why would using a 23 put you on the endangered list but destroying a Pinz make you feel safe?
