Stainless spotlight bar

Fitted with a couple of temporary spotlights until my Hella FF50's arrive. You can't really see in that picture but it's got a CB aerial mount on the back (you can just see the shadow in the centre). Had it made by Redback4x4 - he's got the jig now so repeat orders should be fairly simple. Cost about £90

Got the new lights fitted and wired up now - bright they are too!

does having lights up there put any glare in the cab? No interference driving?

looks nice

Any reason you did not use the windshield frame instead of the rain gutters for mounting?

There's minimal glare whilst driving - hardly noticeable (and I could probably dial that out with tape). Not like a Land Rover where you'd get a well floodlit bonnet

They're gutter mounted because it's a modified Land Rover design and I hadn't thought of fitting it any other way - I suppose those two bolts either side of the screen are what you mean?

 I think those are the ones he’s indicating, you know the ones the factory put in the windshield frame for light rack and other accessories. :P

Didn't even notice them until I posted the picture - to get mounts made for there would have been difficult

Not quite as low profile as mine, though! Wouldn't like to go bashing through the trees with that on top!

Robin: It was used by the PO in the desert, so no bashing, but really lit up the road. Regards, Kevin

I thought 4 lights were overkill! Looks great, though.

Cruz, I really like that! I'm trying to figure out how to add a lot more lights to my M, but I don't think it will be so easy. What type of lights are those exactly? The size seems perfect.
