two 12v batteries...try to get some kind of a warranty. Make sure they fit.
Sounds like you are just interested in starting the thing, right? Not long term.
If it's going off road, I'd get AGM batteries. That's just me.

Group 27 is correct however there are some variances in actual size between manufacturers for some reason
AC Delco's Professional battery in Group 27 fits perfectly, Interstate Batteries some models fit, others don't. NAPA has a house brand Group 27 that fit well.
I'd measure carefully your existing mounting spot, hopefully the original battery tray if you have it. Then just bring the measurements with you when you go shopping.
I've got 2 sets of the Delco 27-7Year that I've been happy with but there are others available for less $$ that are probably just as good.
I purchased just regular car batteries with the appropriate specs but there are many opinions on deep cycle vs. regular.
Hope this helps.

Spendy but two of the Trojan Gel Group 27's are what are in my truck. I didn't buy them, they came with the truck. but sware by a quality gel batteries if you can afford them.
Optima makes a simalar battery for far less as an secound choice for gel
