It's rebuild from scratch.
It's a dutch team that participates at Dresden-Dreslau rallye.
If you do some googling on dutch tgb13 you will find some interesting videos of it.
That Volvo is awesome has a lot of power!

yup look up on youtube they are there including it rolling over.
I could not understand the language so not sure if it is volvo powered still.
