I just spent a few months fixing up my Pinz.

A few of the things we did.

1. Line X the back floor and doghouse as well as the cage behind the driver.

2. Removed the rust underneath the windows.

3. Repainted the whole truck.

4. Replaced side rails with black hard rubber side rails.

5. Powder coated the rims black.

6. New tires.

7. New CB antenna

8. Cup holder mounted to the winshield wiper motor.

9. Painted the underneath of the truck dark green and in some areas black, to wash out the undercarriage.

10. Replaced all windows on the soft top.

Here are some pics I took from Pismo Beach last week.

No, a guy here in Phoenix made a few of them way back when.

Truck looks nice Matt. I take it that it is still running strong, it was one of the stronger running 710's around when it was here.

I bought the truck from Scott, I think his last name was Simon?

Good guy.

I bought the truck from him in AZ. Great truck but it needed a little cosmetics which we just finished.

He made the brushguard. I think he still checks this forum out and he is also friends with a few guys on this board. Maybe he can make some more if there is interest.

The rubber side rails I found on this forum, I can't remember who but I am sure if you do a search you can find them. they are awesome but I don't know about the longevity or fading as I have only had them a few months.

Justin, we do have to get them out there. Maybe a Calico or Barstow trip?

I know where there is one of the brush guards that is being replaced with Tim's bumper. I can check and see if he plans on selling the brush guard. PM me with contact info and I will check on it.
