E-track in the UK or Europe?

I need an e-track system to mount lap/seat belts in the rear of a 710k (converted meantime to two inwards facing bench seats, like half a 710m).

The internet reveals no such products in the UK. I can order the rails from the US but the two $14 dollar 5' rails will cost $200 to ship, which seems a bit strong.

I'm happy to order the belts from EI, but they're no use to me unless I can get a hold of the track.

Any Euro ideas?
