New Warn winch.

I don't know what to think yet. I understand what they are going for but this seems a little drastic and clashes with a lot of the trucks they may go on. The new removable solenoids are humorous since you need a relocation kit to make this happen; isnt this the case with most of them?! I did the same thing on my older designed Superwinch. You unbolt the box and make some longer wires. :? I question how significant the changes are. The line speed is good, but its just like the old M8000. I don't see a big weight savings. 24" seems really wide for an 8K winch. I guess the smoother gears might be nice.

Ohhh, that's pretty. I would paint it green to match my pinz anyway.

They also redid (rebranded) their XT series winches for ATVs/Haflingers :)
They are now called ProVantage or Vantage - seems like a rebrand with very minor spec changes and removal of what used to be standard (like wireless controllers etc - they are now "add-ons")
Only smart thing they have done is add the alum hawse vs rollers for the synth lines
