Interesting 710m ad out of LA

Something seems VERY sketchy about this ad:
http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/ct ... 29401.html though it may be a great deal for someone local. Buyer beware. Might want to see if any locals have a chance to check it out ahead of time.

Same one listed as good looking 710 out of CA about 10 posts down.
Was 20K now up to 70K ... the man is dreaming wild pinz dreams.

It didn't meet the reserve price at $8,988 so I don't imagine it was sold.
