PINZGAUER 712 AMBULANCE PULLED DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST

I have decided to sell my 712S. Body is in good condition & vehicle runs great.
This is a one owner truck (after Swiss Army of course). All original except for upgraded LED tail lights & better head lights. This Pinz has been well maintained. Ambulance box is all original and has 4 stretcher racks (i have one stretcher) , box has the gas heater that looks new but I haven't tried it.
Priced at $18k and is in Baytown, Texas. Discount for my friends on the forum.
I would say that it was driven by an old grandmother to church on Sunday, but it really has been driven by a big old grandpaw who tends to get lost on Sundays.
That being said here a a couple of pictures of my Pinz in its normal habitat . Somewhere under there is green paint, I promise.

Bulldawg, Say it ain't so.....
First it was Texas Pinzgauer and now you. My dream of another Big Bend trip is fading faster than... well... something that fades really fast.

Sorry Timothy, medical situations make it iffy if I would be able to drive it.

The worst reason for having to sell - sorry and I hope all works out!

It's like selling my daughter in law. No I mean one of my ex-wife.
Bad example. I love my Pinz and will miss it.

I blame your ex-wives. They obviously caused your medical problems. Heck, I blame my ex-wives for everything including global warming.
Next time I offroad in Houston, I will let you know and you can come and ride along with me.

Thanks Timothy, I just might do that as long as you promise to stay away from quicksand. LOL

I'm pretty sure yours is the Pinz I originally intended to buy, but you beat me to it so I had to wait, but I got lucky and got a Rapier model a month later which I preferred anyway. As I recall, judging by the pics on SAV it was in real nice shape. Best of luck.

Bulldawg, I noticed this might still be for sale and I am looking for a rig to set up for overlanding with my family of 5. Up until this year it has just been me and my three two kids overlanding in a new jeep with roof top tent but not I am dating a great girl with a daughter. All together that makes 5 with 5, 7, and 9 year old kids. We are planning to build something for a year long travel in 2014/2015. Do you have more pictures or video's you can send me of the vehicle?

I built a roll member set up that uses a stock 712m canvas if you're interested.[img]

I ended up making sheet metal sides with hooks for stock looks.

I had forgotten to pitch the rear roll member forward to allow proper fitment of the canvas. Won't happen again.
