wireing LED flood lights

I picked up a couple of these LED lights http://www.ebay.com/itm/170962833761?ss ... 1431.l2649 where is the best place to wire them into ?

The accessory switch next to your left knee would be where I would wire it

Wrong! You can only use that circuit(#12 breaker) to power a relay as it is already close to capacity powering the brake/turn/hazard lights.
Take power to run lights from fat red wire #30 at ignition switch(or term #15 if you only want them to work with the ignition on).

O.K. that sounds good i want them to work when the battery switch is on , not the ignition so #30 wire what about for the ground wire where is best for that ?

if i add allot of these lights all around the truck will i run into issues overloading the alternator ?? :idea:

Grounds go directly to body. Anything under 20amps total draw should be fine, but higher capacity(over 650CCA) batteries will improve results.

thanks for the help guys,,,, so that LED light draws 3.1 amps how many is too many ?? can i do 4 of those ??

3.1A at 12V cut that in half on 24V. So four would be 4x1.5A=6A

So based on what Jim said is OK you could run a dozen. :lol:

Assuming no other auxiliary power draws.
