Does condenser = suppressor? If not, please ignore my post.
Perhaps your Ballast resistor has failed to a low-ohm (should be about 4.5 ohms, if I'm not mistaken). There is a good sticky topic in electrical about this.
Alternatively, I think the starter button bypasses the ballast resistor and delivers full battery voltage to the suppressor while cranking. Perhaps there could be a failure or short in the switch so that 24v is delivered to the suppressor all the time?

i call condensor to the little cilindrical shape piece attached to the dist. with a single wire on top connected to the points..

I'm learning a bit about the Pinz still. All my previous experience is electronic ignition.
The internet tells me that the condenser is a capacitor on the low-voltage side of the ignition coil that helps generate an alternating current for the ignition coil.
That said, a high voltage from the ballast or ignition buttons could destroy it. Or, not to accuse you, but make sure it is a good quality replacement. Check the voltage at your ballast resistor, or at the "+" wire of the ignition coil.

i was looking at EI video on you-tube about the values on the ballast resistor....i dont have same readings as the video... where should be 24.5, i have 26.0 ,, where should be 19.3 i have 21.5...and so on.... is my ballast resistor BAD??? or what is a tolerance voltage for this?? and also with engine not running i have 14.3 at coil +,,and on the ballast resistor....are this numbers acceptable??? last week my truck died on the road i towed home 4 hours later i replace the condensor and starts right up...then i put back the old(supposed bad) condensor and its running again!!!

im lost here....

ohh i did try to start the truck after sitting couple of hours before towing and did not start..

Install Pertronix and you won't need the condensor.

What video were you watching? I couldn't find it, and I'm not sure where the voltage measurements were taken. Sounds like they are just about right, though.
26 volts is normal on a charged/charging battery.

There is a video on EI website, when you look for ballast resistor you will find it...
