What is the amount of vacuum on the distributor vacuum line?

I know there is a constrictor of sorts within the 90degree elbow, and mine crumbled to many lil pieces. Running without it in a humid area causes moisture build up within a couple of hours of driving. Running with it directly to the vacuum port causes it to suck in oil. I guess there needs to be something in the middle

There is a distributor ventilation kit available (7101095080) with new elbows, tubing and constrictor. Unfortunately it's $55 which seems a bit pricey.

I may have to go that route, but it does seem a lil silly. I have a ball valve on it now which i've opened an ever so small amount. It collected moisture on yesterdays test, so im going to try again with a larger opening.

Shove a 110 idle air correction jet in place of the failed orifice bead.
