Does anyone have more info/pictures on this truck - one of my goals is to be able to put my smoker in the back so I can drive to various comps.
The prep table looks cool too!
While we are at it - can someone measure the distance from the floor to the bottom of roll bar (my Pinz is in Cali so I can't do it myself).

I'd bet that if you head over to any Sunday afternoon pro football game parking lot or just google tailgating set-ups, you'll get tons of ideas.

Check with Andre, I believe the prep table is his work (and that's him in the green shirt, first in line!).

the oven is a wolf brand commercial oven, set up for propane, and it sits on the folded down rear seats(removable).

The rear expedition rack is made to swing open in the opposite direction as the oven door.
We made the food service top large enough to fit his 100qt commercial cooler and it was done in 16ga stainless steel.
The spare got moved to the roof to accommodate the rack/service top.

I made the rack hold 2 jerry cans as the small Onan generator(where the jerry can used to be) is plumbed into the fuel tank.

The entire set up slides into his 2" receiver with a locking bolt and rubber bumpers to keep it from jingling around on the trail.

I have the hauling of my smoker planned but the swing out prep area would kick ass

Here is the collection I have so far for tables/shelves - some are not Pinz but idea would still work.

Mine are the two with the yellow stripe in the pic. Where did you find them?

Do you have a larger version of that one in the lower left? Im curious how that hinge/support is made. That would look good on my other Steyr door.

The pivot is a bent piece of aluminum with a hole big enough for a delrin bushing and an allen bolt into the birch plywood.
