TD Trans, works fine w/no weird sounds. Pulled when I sold my 712 because new owner wanted the original trans. If you are a serious off roader, this may not be for u. But I found the highway qualities were a real plus, lower noise and better fuel economy. In a 712 4th is the same as 5th in standard mode ,flat ground lower RPM's, (-1000) at the same speed in 5th. A sound system becomes a real possibility.. I'm not saying this is for everyone, but I liked it. It found 14000 ft in Colorado so it can't be that bad. To use another members phrase, there is a bit of "swimming" between 1st and 2nd in town, but there are a lot of people living on large expanses of flat ground. NOT recommended for a 710 if there are any hills in your area( shameless overture to the mid-states)! BUT flat ground can be your friend! I await the blasts from the forum. But I've tried to present this as honestly as possible (with regard to the practicality of using this unit)
Bottom line, $1200.00 obo +_ shipping

I have a 710m with a fresh motor, Rick's Solid state ignition( which I find loving more every day) and nothing but wide expanses of rolling hills.
I have a hard time keeping my truck under 100kph as it runs so lively.
I need that High speed tranny and no one can talk me out of it.

I had one on my 710 and liked it! It's on my 712 now. I wouldn't own a Pinz without it.
