I have searched the forum and really found nothing specific to this:

I like the original Bosch headlamps. Frankly, with new bulbs it's as good,
if not better than LED, it just draws about 3.125 x 2 = 6.5 amps when the
brights are on. (75 watts / 24 volts = 3.125 amps) So, I would really
like to keep the same lights, but mine are somewhat aged. Does
anyone make a "clone" or identical version of the reflector with both
bulbs and a new lens? Or should I try to pull the reflectors off the
lenses steam clean the inside of the glass to "refresh" the look, if possible.

Any real answers would be appreciated. Criticism can be kept to a
minimum, please.

I don't think Bosch still makes those reflectors. All the ones I've seen have been made by Hella. The first replacement set that I bought back in 2006 were set up to include the socket for the built-in "parking light" bulb also, but I don't think the current kits are like that. Get the sealed beam version. The old style will allow moisture in and ruin the reflectors. They may be original but newer and better is truly better.

It looks as though everything new eliminates the parking light, and I like them.
I'll probably upgrade the bulbs and try to steam out the old reflectors and lenses,
unless I can find a way of inserting the parking light into a new reflector, much like
we do for strobe lights on an emergency vehicle. Maybe I'll get lucky and find a
NOS somewhere.

Back in the day to clean a headlight that had a removable bulb, I would pull the bulb pour in some Isopropyl alcohol (C3H8O or C3H7OH)
swirl it around and dump it out than dry using compressed air. The steam cleaning approach may work better. I'm happy with my Hella replacements. However they do not have the parking bulb.

There are new Hellas with the parking bulb. They are called "city lamps". Rallylights carries them.

Btw ... the guys at that company are very nice, they should become a sponsor.
They are hand swapping the 24V city lamp bulb for me at no extra charge, and
I ordered a couple heavy duty 24V main bulbs to go with them. Total replacement
of lights with all bulbs, about $125.

I agree, they are a nice outfit to do business with. I've picked up horns and map lights from them in the past. Lots of neat stuff on their website and their prices are reasonable.

I got a set for my G from them. Shipping was slow as hell this time but I have been getting lights from them for 15 years.
