Friend of mine account request

I have a friend with a couple of pinzgauer's that has requested access to the board but has not heard back. The username he signed up under is Halftrack, is it possible for him to get access.

That happened to me for a while too. I was waiting for months.
I just "applied" again with a different name and it worked.

Occasionally the system fails to notify me of a new account. The reason for that is unknown.
