I cannot find any crankcase vent except the hose going from the valve cover to the oil fill tube and the one from the oil fill tube to the. Air plenum. Am I missing something? Is there a PCV valve hiding somewhere?

No PCV - you found both hoses. There is one other hose beneath the engine tin that acts as a balancing hose between the 2 intake manifolds.
